Trad for Beginners – Peak District (Black Lizard Event)

Join us for this trip to probably the Roaches in Peak District, if you would like to get a taste of trad climbing! Alex will introduce you to the basics of this sport. You’ll need to be a competent lead climber and belayer though, but if there is space we might even take people on board who just want to do some top ropeing. Obvioulsy more experienced trad climbers are also welcome to the party!
If you need transport: 0.15 Pence per mile
Costs for supervised climbing: £30 per day
(so for three days supervised climbing plus transport and campsite it would be about £173)
Costs for competent climbers:
1 day £5, 2 days £7, 3 days £10
