About me

As an avid outdoors enthusiast, I believe in the powerful impact that physical and mental wellness can have on our lives. It’s a privilege for me to share my expertise and experience as a climbing instructor, facilitating courses, workshops, and private sessions. My goal is to make sure each client feels safe, well-cared for, and fully maximizes the benefits of their outdoor experience.

I’ve had a love for the outdoors since I was 16, when I first started hiking and scrambling. At 20, I discovered rock and ice climbing, and even participated in several ice climbing competitions. I hold several qualifications, including Rock-Climbing Coach in Iran (2003), Climbing Wall Instructor (CWI) in London (2018), Rock-Climbing Instructor (RCI) in 2019, British Mountain Leader (2020), Rock-Climbing Development Instructor (RCDI) Training in 2019, and Climbing Wall Development Instructor (CWDI) in 2022.

In 2018 I founded the Black Lizard Climbing and Mountaineering Club. Find more information about us here.

I currently reside in London and work as a climbing instructor, both indoors and outside. In my free time, I enjoy climbing in places like Wales and the Peak District and making plans for exciting adventures, particularly in the Alps and the Himalayas.
